Our charging units are connected to the MONTA interface 24/7 any faults or errors are centrally recorded and its likely we will know of the issue or a charge point being disconnected before you do.
Often if I charger becomes disconnected we will contact you before you contact us. The chargers have 95% stability so downtime is rare, however we are always on hand for any queries with regards to payments or driver issues.
We have ultimate oversight on the platform but your business will have its own dashboard where your admins can log in and change settings as you wish - we do not pretend that you cannot have access.
If you have trouble with a charger or wish to change the charging price, or want to add a new member for a preferred rate that is completely up to you. If you have trouble we are here to help. We are the safety net not the dictator. You will have your own wallet, you can withdraw the income from the wallet whenever your business sees fit or when its needed we have no control over this.
